As a customer Service employee at Van den Bosch you need to enjoy solving puzzles. You start off with getting to know all our procedures, processes, systems and colleagues. As the customer service employee, your daily challenge is to assist your coworkers, suppliers and customers with their questions and administrational needs. You will be responsible for the complete administration of suppliers and customers. You are able to prioritize, work independently and can take ownership in solving issues with suppliers or customers. In this position you will have to liaise closely with our head office in Erp. In addition you strive to work as efficient as possible and always want to improve the quality of your administration and the internal processes. For this position you enjoy being of service for as well the customers, the suppliers and for our own organization.
We are offering a challenging position in an ambitious international organization who aims to grow and strengthen their position in the deep sea transport market. In this position you get the chance to work in a multi-cultural, enthusiastic and social team. This position can be fulfilled either part time (min. 32 hours) or full time. Starting date for this position is mid-February.
